Without knowing your video card, it's near impossible to tell you what you can/can't play.

Re4 should work but I doubt the rest willl...

It would help to know your graphics chipset like Gib said.

Anyhow here's a nice little site I sometimes go to for requirements. Check it out.

oblivion works on my single core amd semperon with 2GB of ram and an amd m88o video card so based on your other specs I would assume your video card is better than mine and oblivion should work fine.
I am also using a shit ton of mods.

    by the way:

oblivion is set to default to use no more than 2GB's of ram so without modifying the ini or getting a mod that does it for you that's all your going to get out of it as far as memory performance goes.

From the looks of it with a quad core proc you should be able to run quite a bit however without knowing the specs for your video card (either onboard or pci/e/16) its really hard to tell. As of now with the info we do have you can run everything up to the n64. If you have a decent graphics card you should be able to run both the ps2 and the Gamecube/Wii emulator.
