Personly I don't emulate this system at all but I know that your computer specs will be asked

Mostly your CPU/Processor, Memory and Graphics chipset will be asked for

To find that info go to your start menu (lower left on your desktop (the windows logo)) there will be a text box, type dxdiag and hit enter

System tab has the Processor and Memory info
Display tab has your Graphics chip set info

Click on Configure for the GS plugin. There should be a drop-down menu called Interlacing, try changing that around. Might solve the shaking.

GPU doesn't affect much on how the graphic looks like for PCSX2, as that's how it was over the past years, and can only be improved through plugins(GSdx, ZZogl).

Try the basic settings first, Hardware mode, with Native enabled.
For the shakey-ing, change the Interlacing mode by pressing F5 button while playing.

Go to GSdx settings, and change the Renderer.
