    Default Help extracting GC ISO

I need help extracting the ISO file off of this website. The only one that has ever worked was super mario sunshine. I understand that you need to extract every part, but most of the time it doesn't produce an ISO file. Please help.

7-zip is recomended for most of them but those that 7-zip would fail on WinRAR is the back hander

You are not totally correct, you do require all of the downloaded files and to be in the same folder...
...but you only ever extract from the first file, all the other files are automaticly read and extracted

    name.rar
    name.r00
    name.r01...

    Extract via the rar only

    name.001
    name.002
    name.003...

    Extract via 001 only

    name.part01
    name.part02
    name.part03....

    Extract via part01 only

I'm sure there are other variations but the same rules apply

Worked like a charm. Thank you for taking time out of your day to help a
    n00b like me

Also, I'm trying to burn the .gcm files to disks, not because i want to play them on a console but for easy management. But you can't burn .gcm files to a disk easily so I've found. So i did what every one says and i changed the file extension to .iso. When i did this, the file turned into an unusable, winrar archive. Any thoughts?

    Never mind figured it out.

    Please don't double post.

Also I recommend you turn off the option for Winrar to associate itself with ISO files.

.ISO is just being associated by WinRAR that is normal and can be ignored

if though you use these on PC or on a USB HDD on your wii you are better off compressing the ISO images and keep them on a data dvd

kept as split files/multi part compressed files, to be coppied over to your PC and extracted when needed/wanted
