Default Heavy stuttering and speckles vs late audio

I tried using all of the different buffer sizes but I'm the getting the problem as stated above. Besides the sound, everything else is stable at 60fps (that's what it's telling me) and it can achieve higher rates

    Game: Rez

    Build: NullDC 1.0.4 Jun 20 2010
    Sync to audio,
    Global focus,
    Use Hardware Mixing,
    Limit Speed and Sync Audio,
    Dsp Emulation,
Are checked, as well as Vsync
Dynarec, CP pass, underclocking are enabled

    Intel Core2Duo P7450 at 2.13
    Nvidia Geforce GTX 260m 1gb gddr3
    W7 HP
    4GB DDR2 at 800mhz

Sorry there has been no reply to this it's either something that can't be solved or just not been seen by anyone that has emulated this game

Personly I tend to just pop the game into my Dreamcast seen as they don't need to be modded to play this

Though not all Dreamcast are like this so if you do ever plan to buy a Dreamcast or happen to own one check out this
