It's starting to seem like you need some Tylenol PM or some mild sleeping meds. I used to use them when I was in high school.

Does Tylenol PM actually help you sleep?
I've tried using melatonin to help regulate my sleep schedule, and I've tried OTC sleep aid pills, but I never thought of Tylenol PM. I've also heard Gravol helps, but again... haven't tried.

I say that, but I try to avoid them now. Not for any reason other than I don't like taking medication unless it's completely necessary.

I had insomnia my whole life until I started working full time. Now I can't seem to stay awake.

My favorite technique to get to sleep when I was young was to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed. I have no idea why, but it always worked.

Benadryl, all the way. One pill: no allergies, slightly drowsy. Two pills: pass the fuck out.

And yeah, that was me. I know enough French to read it through absurd assumptions and context clues, but no way in hell I can hold a conversation that does more than order food or ask where the toilet is. Clearly, my priorities are straight.
