I always look for pictures or read further down to see if they mention condition.

Yeah well I bought Assassin's Creed II in "mint condition" and when it arrived wrapped in just a bin bag the case was smashed and I ripped the cover and the plastic trying to get into the bloody package.

Actually there was a thread on OCD traits you have on another forum and somebody pointed out how it's not OCD unless it severely impacted on your life.

Now the guy who pointed this out, I wonder did he have it himself.

No kidding Shar, It pisses me off to no end seeing such ignorance, they think they are magic or something.

I rarely buy off eBay. Depends on how hard it is to find the game/how desperate I am for it.

I have this bizarre drive to organize my books and games by the color on the spine. I keep series together, but after that it's a matter of dark vs. light colors, and then some kind of gradient through the rainbow. It's ridiculous and frustrating for anyone browsing my shelves, but I know exactly where everything is.

What gets me is when the people at Gamestop act like I'm being unreasonable for asking to see the disc. Because they've never sold me damaged product before, or anything

First time I bought a game from eBay, the disc ended up being defective.

That sounds like it would look great.

You have an odd sorting order. I buy from eBay frequently, never had any trouble with Japanese sellers. They almost asked me to leave once. I wouldn't stop asking why a 'new' game was in one of their shitty replacement cases. Don't remember what game, I was planning on buying it until I saw there was no original case.

I complained and he offered me something like 25% off another game from him. Like I'd buy from him again though...
