I'm saying instead of making a thread for every little request, you should try using the search bar on the top of the forums page. It's there for your convenience.

Sure, but only if the game you're looking for is not available here, or hasn't been posted. Uploaders will upload files to where ever they choose. If you want them uploading files to Mediafire, trying popping them a PM, or post a request in the respective thread.
