Just a question though, did you get your emulator from the PCSX2's main site?

and forgot to ask, does the game freeze without any background music and fps running?

Also, is there any errors on the console window?

Oh, an Undub version, no wonder you are among those who get the random freezes.

Here another solution, redownload your emulator from the PCSX2's main site(full installer), run the game with default settings(with enabling/disabling the Automatic Game Fixes)

The Undub version(the fei release) of the game isn't completely patched, that's why the random freeze happen on some event, or the loading screen.
Fortunately, there is a patch for it though, download it and apply the patch(read the .nfo first), see if that fix the problem.

If it not, then you might want to find another ISO though, preferably the non-undub version(uh-huh).

    OMG IT WORKS!

i guess i was the moron for not metioning what type of ISO i use from the begining, just never thought it would be an iso problem, since from my 2 years of emulating, ive never encounter a problem that it was because of an ISO XD

I just applied the patch, i kept my current settings and it works cool, will re-install when another problem arises (which im sure it will, considering my bad luck with persona games!)

just another thing, you are using the USA version of persona 3 fes, right?
My memcards will only work in the USA version, and not int the EU right?

Thanks again mate for all you have done

Yep, the save you have right now will only work on the USA version.

If reinstalling doesn't work, then.. that's it, download the non-undub.

    No problem, have fun

Pardon me. I happen to have the EXACT same problem the individual you were talking too has. I also understand that i have the undub and should download and add the patches you have provided. I have download them but simply lack the knowledge to add them. I was wondering if you could help me?

Try referring to the .nfo file that comes with the patch, it contain instructions on how to use the patches.
