    Default (Help) problem on ECM

i downloaded PakkISO to be used on FF9 and i still get the ECM format back, is that correct? I am not getting the .bin format and when i tried to run PakkISO by selecting unpack PakkISO on the game folder , a small black screen quickly appears and disappears. Is that how it should be working? Thanks!

First double click the game file then windows will show a message that "Windows can't open the file".
Then select on browse a program for this file then browse the unecm.exe file.
You will get unecm.exe where you installed or extracted PakkIso.
