Default Trying to run Silent Hill 2 in PCSX2, sound, cutscenes, and gameplay laggy.

Silent Hill 2 iso- Everything is fine through menu screen but when gameplay starts the opening cutscene has a choppy gray overlay and the sound is echoing and laggy. During gameplay character is glitchy and walks slowly with the same echoy bg music. Running PCSX2 0.9.9.4738. I also get this error message: giftag warning size exceeded vu memory size 400. Running default pcsx2 settings. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Ive been googling it for a couple days now and havent found a solution. :/

Your specs is lower than minimum requirement, I doubt it will make any differences even if you make any changes to the settings.

I suggest go and buy at least with Dual Core or the actual PS2.
