Yes and no. The emus available are too slow to be considered even relatively playable. Most sprites do not even appear at all, sound is missing and controls are sluggish. Thats just SNES, so idk about Genesis...Gameboy emus even suck on that card. Your best bet is to get the new one everyone is talking about: the DSTWO.

I know, because I have tried them on AK2i, DSTT, and R4SDHC. All fail.

Here they are if you want to try for yourself:
    Genesis
    SNES

yup, the DSTwo has a built in CPU for running Emulators, seems the only emus that run decent on other DS flash cards are NES and GBC.

homebrew for Non DSTwo Flashcards yes, Emulators For the DSTwo are made by the Supercard Team I believe.

This as in DSTWO or as in emulators for your specific card?
Supreme answered for the DSTWO, but for your card, the links I supplied are all that you need (besides the ROMs of the games you want.)

They may or may not support zip files, so go ahead and extract them after DL.

GBA emulation can only run on the DStwo since again it is the only one with a built in CPU
