    Okay SO here is some new Information, Apparently The ATI X1270 Has a Real Issue With Shading so the Most I can get is Maybe 28-35 FPS, it sounds like everyone is talking in slow motion, even the Surprises aren't so Surprising....

    Thats with the Actual Disc, I'm going to Try an ISO Tonight.

    Yeah, my University uses that card and it has problems with shading in 3DS Max. LOL

    But yeah, try from the ISO and see if that helps.

    It was always recommended to run PS2 games in ISO, avoid using disc, and rip them if you can.

    How well would the ps2 emulator run on my cpu

    intel core i3 2.53
    4GB RAM
    Windows 7 x64
    Intel HD graphics

    It will, but you likely get speed issues on some games.
