If you have problems with someone in chat, bring it up somewhere.
One of us could probably hop on and "take care" of the issue.
We're trying to work out some way to handle moderating chat, but since it's real time, backreading is difficult, and there's no report button we kind of have to get things brought to our attention unless one of us happens to be on and reading at the time.
