Of course not, and it would only stop your opponent from using your spells and traps .

    I don't think such a card exists.

If you're wondering why I'm asking:

I'm pretty sure that's the worst card ever printed in the history of card games.
Oh, that's for Mystical Refpanel shenanigans (changes the player targeted by effects). Because situational and unwieldy combos are Konami's bread and butter, along with infinite loop hilarity and a healthy dose of BKSS.

Just because I haven't played since Sixth Edition doesn't mean anything. Heh, but I truly used to love Blue and White decks in particular back in the day; I even picked up a first edition Serra's Angel back then for my deck on a whim.

6th edition eh? I forget exactly when I started. Somewhere around when Lorwyn came out. 2007?

Yu-Gi-Oh is a terrible card game. Yet I play it anyway. Definitely wouldn't spend money on it though.

FUCK no. Admittedly, I do enjoy playing it on my DS sometimes.

Try turn of the century, specifically around 1999. It was back when they replaced the old timing and batch rules with stacks (first-on-last-off), along with several other things.
Gods, though, but the game has changed. I mean, I hear you don't even get mana burn anymore? And the new frame looked so weird when I first saw it.

Gods, though, I must sound like such a geezer.

That's the biggest reason I play it: its portability. I don't actually have anyone to play card games in person with, after all.

You may as well run Cold Wave. I'm waiting for the day that Konami gets sick of the special summon dumping and prints turn 0 cards to hate it out.

Banned for over a year, at least. It was too broken and it fostered an aggressive, OTK-heavy meta, so it went the same way as Giant Trunade.

The mana burn thing surprised me actually. I hadn't played in a few months and I come back to this shit?

TIME TO PUT 4 GAUNTLET OF MIGHT, GAUNTLET OF POWER, AND DOUBLING CUBE IN MY BURN DECK. ALL TEH MOUNTAINS WILL BE MINE!

And no, I know someone who played limited alpha and beta (owner of the card shop I play FNM at).

It's been banned since they banned the core power cards, unless they unbanned it sometime between then and when I started playing again. Yu-Gi-Oh doesn't have a meta-game worth discussing. I only play traditional, so the bans don't really apply.
