That's actually really interesting. Though I guess Scapeshift isn't entirely viable since you guys don't have ponder or preordain. Oh hey there Primeval Titan.

Yeah it definitely has to be Titan, which is uh...maybe too slow right now. Something needs to be able to compete with KikiTwin...

    UNBAN BLAZING SHOAL HURRRRRRR

Thought: Actually, Rakdos Charm just blows out infinite token strategies and makes more thought required.

Honestly I don't see how any one wants to play combo decks without all those gorgeous 1cmc dig spells. My brain doesn't like it.

How does Kiki fetch it's pieces? I assume we're talking about Splintertwin and the blue untappy dudes. Right?

Yeah I don't know because I don't pay full attention to Modern but it seems to be the top shelf right now. I think it was the only combo deck left untouched after the BS/Cloud Post/GSZ ban wave.

Blazing Shoal was amazing btw. It was about as consistent of a turn 2 win as you could hope for in a format w/o the aforementioned cantrips.

I've been running durdlemax err I mean a bug control deck (made by Durward) on cockatrice. It definitely has some bad match-ups pre-board (anything not creature based is kind of tough) but it's tested quite strong so far.

    2 Nephalia Drownyard
    3 Swamp
    6 Island
    4 Drowned Catacomb
    4 Overgrown Tomb
    3 Woodland Cemetery
    4 Hinterland Harbor
    3 Augur of Bolas
    4 Thragtusk
    3 Ultimate Price
    1 Golgari Keyrune
    1 Tribute to Hunger
    3 Jace, Architect of Thought
    2 Sever the Bloodline
    2 Syncopate
    1 Staff of Nin
    2 Think Twice
    4 Forbidden Alchemy
    3 Curse of Death's Hold
    3 Abrupt Decay
    2 Cremate
    Sideboard
    2 Negate
    2 Jace, Memory Adept
    1 Staff of Nin
    1 Syncopate
    2 Golgari Charm
    2 Garruk Relentless
    1 Cremate
    2 Victim of Night
    2 Pithing Needle

WHATCHU DOIN DECK? OH NOTHING? THAT'S COOL. Debating a few changes.

90 minute match with that deck vs a UW control shell. There were some really sick interactions.

It's going to do wonders for my (retarded) Door to Nothingness EDH deck.

I didn't want to fix all my 5 colour EDH decks anyway.
