Changing Discs on PS-X-Change 2

I am the proud new owner of a PS-X-Change 2. Burning my discs with Alcohol 120% and at 8X, my backups are working like a charm. But, I do have one question:

For games like Metal Gear Solid where you have to change the discs at a point in the game, can I just swap the backup like I would a legit disc or no? This is IMPORTANT to know as quite a FEW games I want to play on this system are on multiple discs.

from doing a little research it says you should be able to just swap and play with no issues, try it just make sure you save prior to the disc changing process.
