I wanna play PSP games on my computer, but I'm wondering if I need a PSP to play PSP games with an emulator on my PC?
Also, are the system requirements for PSP games high?

No, you won't need a PSP for emulation. Unless you're not a pirate...
They aren't too high, so I'd say around a medium-high requirement. And just to let you know, PSP emulation isn't too good yet, so you're best bet is buying a PSP and putting a cfw on it.
What's wrong with PSP emulation? Is it really choppy or something?
I was really meaning compatibility. There are probably some games that run well, but most don't. Either the don't run at all, or they have problems such as lost audio or slow fps.
Ah, okay. Well I guess I'll move on to DS emulation.
Rather than starting a new topic I'll just ask my question here.
I downloaded NO$GBA and whenever I open it I get this:
I have no idea what I'm supposed to do from here.
I'm not sure about NO$GBA since I use DesMuME...
Hi,I accidentally found your thread because of your question about PSP emulator..
About your NDS problem,I've you used the NO$GBA NDS emulator and I think it's quite a stable emulator.
What you need to do when the insert cartridge window appeared is to select the NDS ROM that you have.
it has the .NDS extension.just google it and you'll find many games available in the net..
hope this helps..
Okay, I managed to fix the problem. I just had to click Files of Type and then click All Files. Problem solved.
DesMuME moves very sluggish. How do I fix this?

That's normal, most games tend to be sluggish when using DeSmuMe.
Untick the Limit Firmware under the Frame Skip option, and change the value between 1-3(or more). Or disable the sound or use No$gba.
