You should stick to whatever the original format is, no sense in zooming or forcing letterbox if it was fullscreen to start with.

I usually watch on the forum, and switch back and forth between various tabs and such whilst doing so. I don't mind if vids are letterboxed, but if they're full screen I usually prefer them not to look stretchy. And super high quality vids are over rated, anyway.
