Lost EXP points? *facepalm*

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else had this prob, I pretty much lost all my EXP points for some reason and went from LV 17 to LV 1. I've seen other ppl lose several points randomly, but I pretty much got nothing right now . If it's really lost then oh well I guess, but what causes this anyway

EDIT:
BTW my achievements are only displayed next to my avatar for some reason, but in my "Insight Exp" (under Social network) it says I have no achievements since I have no points anymore.. Anybody else having this prob or find that wierd?

Yeah, you were supposed to have credits wiped, but experience and whatnot should not have been touched. I'm looking in to this now.

Thanks about that man, it's actually the opposite of before now I got my points and stuff restored on insight experience (actually it's lv9 now, but that's better than lv1 lol), except the achievements next to my avatar are gone.

Oh well, I could care less about that, I'm glad this worked out for everyone

I didn't lose Exp points, on the contrary, many points came to me from I don't know where.

This isn't as bad as some, but I went from 99% of level 9 (almost level 10) down to 1000 points away from it. So its obvious that I lost 1000 exp. points. What's up in my case? Am I being punished for something? And apparently stuck at 1000 points required for lvl 10

You can always check in Experience -> Earn Points... Unless you have Points for infractions, you haven't been punished.

It might just be that since the exp earned by certain actions have been changed (lowered?), you probably lost some on the way...

edit: Mine had actually quite increased after the forum additions
