Default need help on how to change image file extensions!?!

I have a bunch of files on my machine that are of the extension .bin/cue and .mdf/mds. I was wondering if anyone knew of an easy way to change the file extensions on them to .iso without having to burn to cd rw and re-rip. (for those of you wondering they are different files but the most notable ones i need to do are a couple PSX iso's)

Thanks Cookie I'll check it out.

I tried it out on the PSX rips and they aren't loading through epsxe 1.7.

ePSXe should be able to load IMG, BIN, and MDF, without the need to convert.

Go to Google and look for Daemon Tools.
    Install it.
    Run it.
Mount the image file in a daemon virtual drive.
go to epsxe config menu > cdrom.
Set the cdrom plugin to use the virtual drive. You can find this in My Computer or Computer if you're on Windows.
Now go to file menu and select run CDROM instead of run ISO.

MDS didn't work on 1.6.0 if I remember correctly. This will help.
