Yes this is very old game But I love it . It's still rock solid , best basketball experience for me

You might want to post this in the rom & iso requests section, not Everything Emulation, your not even asking for issues installing/running but you are asking for an ISO or a copy of the original CD contents, basicly asking for a copy of the game

Might have it for Dreamcast pfft [If you happen to have a Dreamcast (preferably that can play Mil-CD format CD's) I would upload that for you]
