Well, if I could choose my favourite just to mention it, it'd be Killer Instinct Gold.
The game is crazy with combos and fun! This is what I like to call "Rare's good old days" since they actually
created games that aren't as stupid as Viva Pinata. Killer Instinct fans rejoice since KI1 might come to XBLA!

I'm surprised no one's mentioned Super Smash Bros. yet. Guess it's a little too obvious though, but it's my favorite.
Star Fox 64 is my favorite. I has the best balance of game play and story to the point where you feel as though you are not just a casual observer but a part of the action. Fast paced with a plethora of memorable moments.
Legend of Zelda OoT , Majoras Mask and Conkers Bad Fur Day, Classics.
