Need some advice Mame CHD's etc

Hi There

I have been playing mame for almost 10 years and it really is a pleasure whether it is on my pc or at the local shopping mall.
I am trying to get some games to work on my pc. I have some Chd's but even with them present, the games still don't work.

Is there a way to export my current list and show you (for support/help).
I am wanting Virtua Tennis 1 and 2 to work, got the rom and the chd
Time Crisis 2
Dance Dance Revolution and DDR Extreme

Can anyone advise me how to do it or direct me to a help guide. Some of the roms is listed as PRELIMINARY?
Help a gal get her mame to work, PLEASE.

Emulator
M.A.M.E. v0.138 (May 15 2010)
What is plugins and where do i find them?
If you mean clones, then yes I have tried
Have not tried any other emulators

Try to run timicrisi2 romset, on mame 0.142 you'll get a red message saying:

There're know problems with this game
The sound emulator isn't 100% accurate
The game protection wich isn't fully emulate.
This game won't work, the emulator is incomplete you can only wait 'till developer improve the emulator

Now:
1) Wait months/years for mame improvement
2) Learn C+ and help the mame team with their drivers
3) Hope for a new emulator with timecrisis support (if exist it will be in mame soon)

A good PC, or some plug-in won't help

The "Preliminary" status: a new driver, it load the roms in memory, run some subroutine, nothing are emulate.

I use my pc for Graphic Design and Website Development and on occasion play MAME with my X-Arcade.

What about Dance Dance Revolution, Virtua Tennis 2 and Victory Lap

PRELIMINARY basicly means you will need to wait until they get it fully working

i.e. they have it working to a certain extent but it is yet to be in a playable state

have you looked at Dreamcast and NAOMI emulation yet you might have more luck for those games with emulators of DC and NAOMI arcade
