NES: mario platformers (all of them including yoshis island I'll just say that here. all mario games for all systems), adventures of link, blaster master, contra, little nemo the dream master, tetris/dr mario, river city ransom, ninja turtles 1 and 2 for nes, shadow of the ninja, stryder, bionic commando, bubble bobble, big nose the caveman, rygar, california games, t&c surf designs 1 and 2 (thrilla's surfari), excitebike, marble madness

GENESIS: sonic 1 and 2, streets of rage 2, road rash 1 and 2, phelios, james pond 2, world of illusion, mortal kombat 1 2 and 3 (and 3 ultimate), street fighter 2 champion edition and super street fighter 2, eternal champions, shinobi series, golden axe, toejam n earl 1 and 2, kid chameleon, spiderman, earthworm jim, klax,

SNES: killer instinct (even tho it was a huge dissapointment), donkey kong country, street fighter 2, (i never owned a snes back in the day. my parents were like "we just bought you a genesis kid!"). but i loved going over to my friends' houses to play theirs.

now for some arcade games from my childhood: pac man, P.O.W, double dragon, final fight, pit fighter, race drivin, ninja gaiden, pole position, spy hunter, assault, street fighter 2, mortal kombat series, primal rage, mille miglia, virtua racing, virtua fighter 1 and 2, ridge racer 2, darkstalkers, area 51, cruisin series, ivan stewarts off road, hydra, S.T.U.N runner, Tekken series (especially 3), top skater, hydro thunder, cyber sled, cyber cycles, super hang on, motocross go!, certainly theres more that im forgetting. oh yea killer instinct of course. cant believe i forgot that.

I owned discs of tron full environmental cabinet in my garage. it was awesome. also some pinball game.

    SEGA C sonic cd...

JAGUAR: doom, alien vs predator, tempest 2000, evolution: dino dudes, iron soldier, rayman, club drive, burnout, cybermorph, hoverstrike,

JAGUAR C vid grid, highlander, myst, some airplane shooter kinda like afterburner i forget what it was called.

PSX: ridge racer, crash bandicoot (not the series really just the first one), pandemonium, final fantasy 7 (you may have noticed i am otherwise not into rpgs), wipeout xl, warhawk, tony hawk 2, either matt hoffman or dave mirra bmx i forget which one was the good one,

ok my memory is exhausted for now. there are more classic systems and games, but perhaps i'll continue later.

note that this is only classics from my past before emulation. childhood memories. if i included everything i came to know and like from emulators as well then each section would have quite a few more in it. even still i'm sure i'm forgetting a lot.

Forgot to add those to my list. I especially can't believe I forgot Bionic Commando and Rygar, and I purposely left out TMNT as that game was the cause of many frustrating hours, but I suppose it deserves a mention

    Agreed

EDIT: Also I just added a shitload to my list on page 2 of this thread if anyone cares to chek it out

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Ninja Gaiden(because Mario is always a given).

My wai-fu, among many other wai-fu, and they are my current favorite. What? Too nerdy? Well, I think it is.

Oh, man, Willow. Such an underrated game.

I could never beat what's-her-face though. I'd always miss with exactly one shot, and then I'd be out of magic.

    Indeed.

The anti-magic sword should've worked against her though.
