Default DQM caravan heart minor problem

Noticed a minor glitch when playing the game, so I figured i'd ask about it. In short if i talk to someone at a casino i get this glitch

It partly corrects itself when that text box is gone(not entirely) and fully fixes itself if I exit the casino. I am using the English patched version of the game, i'm guessing the bug here is something caused by the patch maybe. Any thoughts on what I can do to fix this? Overall its a minor problem easily lived with if it can't be fixed, but i'd rather find a way to fix it if I can.

It will just be the patch there are a few game patches that are like that, sometimes it's just something the original hacker has missed or it was something the original hacker could not correct
