I think Drag is the only person I've seen using any form of wacko smiley outside of EP. I did have one of my classmates jump into a conversation between Inferno and me, and possibly Drag, to ask what this mysterious "EP" we kept referring to was.

I would have to train myself to not type :wacko: after literally everything I write. DAMMIT!

Most people that I try to explain EP to (or even just emulation in general) don't understand the true glory of this place. Or maybe they just don't enjoy video games as much as I do.

I actually have a Twitter, created specifically (and successfully) to win a free RS account last year.

I think I actually made a Twitter account like a year ago, logged out, and then never touched it again, ever.

Sometimes I tell my boyfriend about something that's amused be on EP, but I'm usually just disappointed by his lack of enthusiasm. I think he's starting to recognize certain user names I mention though, much like I occasionally recognize the name of someone in one of his long-winded, work related rants.

Sometimes he laughs, but that's usually when I just turn my netbook toward him and have him read whatever conversation is currently on screen. Explaining anything tends to turn it into a you-had-to-be-there sort of moment.

I've been clean for four years. Rock bottom was when my girlfriend at the time found me blue and passed out in an alley next to a laptop with my Myspace profile on the screen. She said she loved me but couldn't watch me go down the drain anymore, and that was that. She left me. By the time I got clean it was too late and she was married to an accountant. He has a Youtube account but claims to use it in moderation. Pffft.

I'm sorry man, that's rough. Myspace has ruined many lives. You make an account to keep in touch with old friends and meet new people, and before you know it you're wearing eyeliner and taking pictures of yourself in the mirror with a forlorn and mysterious look in your eyes. I've been there. And we all know it's not possible to use a Youtube account "in moderation," she's obviously living a lie. "Oh, he's not that bad," she'll say, "he only stays up until 2 in the morning, that's normal. I can fix him." I bet he even gets into long, drawn out arguments in the comments sections, too. That bastard.

At least I've noticed that you exist now, instead of just reading your comments about how Dragon Age II is supposed to be dreadful, finding them amusing, and then continuing about my day as if you were just some random friend of Prude's that I've never interacted with in my life.
