Well I don't know any sites with Final Fantasy Ix or X downloads but I think I have seen some on Kazaa. So try searching around on Kazaa.

try here. the only bad thing is the dl go pretty slow. you're better off using fileshare.

I've seen a lot of movie requests here.. Maybe I should just rip them all and upload them for everyone?

You could use a PSX movie ripper if you had the PSX disc, however, I don't think you can rip the FFX CG
