yeah the index is kinda wonky on the signed emulator for gba, if u look to the far right u have move down one time and it should highlight ur rom folder. then just hit circle and ur roms should pop up since u added a rom folder .

just create a thread, and add the info and a link to the game upload. i just use megaupload.

might be uploading the new FF4 The Complete Collection. think i found a clean iso. Gonna try signing it .usually only do games i own but this is to tempting. i love rpgs.

it'll be a JPN version but it looks like there is English options on it. kinda like our FF1 link that Beezlebub06660 uploaded.

Because the PSPs encryption keys, aka "Kirk" keys, weren't discovered until fairly recently. That's what allowed the signing of EBOOT files.
