Check the first page, ceriesdafuzz has posted a guide along with the list of tools needed. It's not hard but you need to make sure you are using a clean iso, not one that has been fixed for CFW.

This is one of the best lists i can find of signed psp games. Thanks a lot guys! I got the snes emulator working but the emulation seems pretty slow.

Yes, but if you do this then it will leave you with an ISO that is identical in size to what you started with. If you were to make it a CSO then it would be smaller, but fake np can't convert CSOs. :/

I wasn't talking about shrinking the iso....I was talking about how to get it signed....your not going to get it to work if you remove anything which is why I said to ONLY replace the eboot.bin with a signed version of the eboot.bin

I've managed to sign:

Bleach: Heat The Soul (Playtested 100% through game, perfect signing)
Bleach: Heat The Soul 2 (Playtested about 90% through game, safe to say it's perfect)
Bleach: Heat The Soul 3 (Played an hour with no issues; will play more later)
Marvel Ultimate Alliance (Played about an hour with no issues; will play more later)
X-Men Legends 2: Rise of Apocalypse (Started new game, just tested about 5 minutes!)

I think Bleach: Heat The Soul 4 is impossible, it is at least looking that way.
