Help in mame emulator

all my dreams is to play a game I used to play when i was young in video game machine
called
tecmo world cup 98
plz can any on help me to run this game on mame
it brings me an error (the selected game is missing on or more required rom or chd images ) plz i tried all versions of mame

you probably dont have the stv bios,needed to run the game.here is the bios you need.

And you probably dont have the CHD file for the game. If you got it from here, there should be a link to the CHD file on the download page
