Megaman X3 for PlayStation One

I want to make a request of the download of Megaman X3 for Play Station, i can't find it anywhere, i've found some links, but the files are all EBOOT.PBP, and i don't know how to hadle it, i just know that it has something to do with PSP. Sorry if this is the wrong topic for posting this, but if someone can do it i would be very thankfull ^^, so, if someone can post a link to download the game, please do it XD

However, it was never released in the US. So that's the EU version. Won't make any difference if you're playing on a computer, but if you're burning to use on a console, it most likely won't work right.

Or if someone can teach me how to burn correctly the one that is in the rom's section (Mega Man X3(E) ) i apreciate it too, beacuse i don't know what to do with that .bin and that ape files XD

Never used an image that came with an APE before, so the best I can do is refer you to this tutorial.
