Creating PSX PPF Files

I was just wondering if there was a guide somewhere on how to create a PPF patch for a game with cheats in it, similar to the one Paradox released for Legend of Dragoon.

I want one for FF8, but all the ones I've found are for foreign versions of the game (Spanish PAL, Italian PAL etc)

How do I get started doing this?

if your wanting cheats then i recommend the PEC cheater everything is explained on the sites and on the readme

This is for the Android PSX Emu, which has no cheat function and for my actual PS1, not a PC emulator.

You are looking for a TRAINER, and AFAIK there is no trainer for the american version. If you want to convert a PPF patch to use it with a different version of the game, you are DOOMED.

Ps: if you want to actually create a trainer, you will have to find the cheats with a debugger and program a small app to apply the patches to the memory...

I would like to create a trainer, yes. I have the cheats, but I'm lost as to create the trainer. That's why I posted here.
