Coinops- How to add Xbox games to list?

Hi all.

I have recently installed Coinops and according to the readme you can launch xbox games from the menu, but the instructions aren't clear to me.

roms/XBOX_Gamename.zip (POINTER)
this will boot /XBOX_Gamename.xbe (This should be a created from "Xbe Shortcut Maker.exe" to tell it where to point)

what is xbe shortcut maker?
i'm not sure what I have to do here.

any help would be appreciated.
