I didn't want it nearly as much until I saw pictures. Damn it that's pretty.

I'm still undecided to pick up a 3DS on launch because of the NGP. I was pretty interested in the 3DS for a month or two, but after seeing this is make it seems like I could care less towards Nintendo.

    Again.

Why buy either on the launch date? All you do when you buy a console on the first day is waste money .

Money isn't really an issue. It's just is it worth getting on launch titles and the quality of the hardware.

If OoT is a launch title, I'm getting it.

NGP I'm getting regardless because it's so cool.

if i can hack it and bring my ps2 games onto it.. i will get that instead of a 3ds, however, i will do what i did with the original ds and original psp, wait! and also, the games. the ds has more rpg's so that is why i switched my psp for a pink dsi.

I just read somewhere that "82 third-party developers have already signed up to work on the NGP. That's 48 in Japan, 16 from North America and 18 from Europe." If that's true, that's amazing.

They're porting Uncharted, if that's what you wanted.

And a PS2 emulator on that would be... amazing.

I'd like some real specs though - Processor clock, Graphics, etc?

And will it be as open source as Android? I doubt it, but I'd love to be able to hack it and do whatever I wanted.

I just googled 'NGP specs'. I referenced other materials and that spreadsheet seems to be correct.
