    Default trouble converting gt3 for pcsx2!

    im having trouble with getting gt3 to work on the pcsx2, the gt3 file was a zip file then i extracted it and now its a vol file type if anyone knows wat that is?... i dont know how to convert it help anyone? thanks

    You should have gotten an ISO when you extracted it...

    Is it not some other program associating itself with ISO files, making you get confused?

    i dont know to be honest ive tried running the programe in pcsx 2 but noting comes up, i downloaded the game from this site so im sure some other people mite have had the same problem... checked the file properties there and it says file type is VOL file....

    Well you best find out which file extension it has.

    im extracting it again and its in the middle of it and now its calling the file gran turismo 3.ISO... so hopefully its working now ill let you know how it goes

    There's no reason PCSX2 won't read a .ISO file.

    But have you checked PCSX2's compatibility list to see if it works, and have you checked to see if your PC is up to scratch for PS2 emulation?

    my computer should be good enough its not showing any errors when i start up pcsx 2 so hopefully it works

    Just because it isn't showing any errors doesn't mean it can play games at full speed...

    Minimum
    * Windows/Linux OS
    * CPU that supports SSE2 (Pentium 4 and up, Athlon64 and up)
    * GPU that supports Pixel Shaders 2.0
    * 512mb RAM
    Recommended
    * Windows Vista 32bit/64bit
    * CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3.2ghz or better
    * GPU: 8600gt or better
    * 1gb RAM (2gb if on Vista)
