If that laser burn wasn't too severe, pretty sure your CD/DVD can still be read by your DVD-ROM.
That way you can make an image file from it.

I fail to see how the user could affect how it runs... The host you're downloading from perhaps, but I've uploaded FF12 to Megaupload and I know for a fact that they support resume.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

He's much better off downloading the one Ragnar uploaded. Quality is guaranteed. Trying to read a damaged DVD is pointless.

Well, JDownloader 'able' to resume downloads from Megaupload probably because how it works, since Megaupload does not really support resume for download accelarator unless you become the premium member, but it still good for other hosting site though.

Are there any FFXII downloads that are not of mega upload? Mega upload's download limit is ridiculous.

EDIT: OR is there any way to use the DVD's files to my advantage?

Oh, I'm guessing you're from outside North America? I donno what's best for you then. If you want non-Megaupload choices check the master list, there are 2 more mirrors, but both are Fileserve:

And no. You can't use your files to speed anything along.

That's the Japanese version Take the first disc of the collectors edition, ISO-wise it's the exact same thing as the normal release

I've tried that before, and it won't work. It's way to slow.

If you're not missing any files, you can try creating an image file from it using ImgBurn(or any other burning programs).

But, if it was copied directly from your DVD, why don't you create the image file directly from it?(if the disc can still be read)

I've tried creating an image file from the DVD, but it cannot read after about 80% completion. But I'm downloading the files from Filserve now; On the second file.

If you'd have said this earlier.

The problem wasn't with your mds file, it's the fact you only have 80% of the ISO.

    Please don't revive old threads.
If you have emulation issues then create a new thread with a concise and relevant title.
Remember to include as much information in your thread as possible (emu version, your hardware specs, etc).

If you just want a download of the game then look on the PS2 master list:
    http://www.epforums.org/showthread.p...S2-Master-List

Or use the search function on the main site:
    http://www.emuparadise.me/
