You can enter any filehost account details there (free or premium).

And look at the host settings, tick any boxes for "accepted" & "TOS"

If you read about it on the JD forums, it's the strongest captcha that exists.

My apologies, I should have stated you tick those boxes for whatever filehost you want to use.
I didn't think I needed to state the obvious.
