I have no Independent GFX/Video Card, but I have a GFX Controller built-in the motherboard (it is: Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV

Depends which chipset the graphics is(radeon or nvidia). Mine is an integrated Nvidia card, so I use Pete's opengl 1.75. The wizard will also tell you which one it recommends you use. Are you using epsxe 1.70?

Use different graphic/video plugins, preferably Pete's D3D or Soft Driver, with the 'Nice' settings on.

Copy and paste what's in the diagnostics screen. To find that out click on the start menu and search 'dxdiag' and you will see a list. Should have a section for video and a section for sound, we need to find out if the video is an nvidia or radeon chip.

Based on its name, it was an Intel chipset, which is integrated.

Regardless of whether it's an Intel chipset, it could still be either Nividia or ATI integrated graphics. That just means it's an Intel mobo. Post your dxdiag.
