    E is PAL format.

The PAL format games are usually indexed in a separate list.

As long as you have a way to run backups, you can play the games from burned CDs.

Also, is your console modded? if you already played backups in your console this one will work too once you extract the image file and burn it onto a CD.

I didn't know you have to have a TV that supports NTSC. I thought it was the consoles that are usually region locked.

NTSC and PAL are different formats, and require all of the appropriate accessories in order to play (PAL console, PAL TV, etc). The difference between the two is that NTSC runs at 60 hertz (which translates to approximately 30 frames per second) and PAL runs at 50 hertz (which translates to approximately 25 frames per second). There's some weird electrical engineering math in there that I don't fully follow.

Also, PAL has a higher resolution setting than NTSC. PAL has 625 lines of resolution, where as NTSC only has 525.
