Looking for Mame/Raine Roms

I'm having some trouble with my mame roms........
I'm using Mame 32 and none of my roms that i download will work for it.........
They are all missing files....

Can someone point me in the right direction to where i can find some complete set of roms that will work with a mame emulator....

but mame v.60 doesn't work for me for some strange reason......
if you can it would help me out alot........

i'm mainly looking for:
CyBots:Full Metal Madness
Armored Warriors {usa}
and
Mobile suit Gundam

Cause maybe the emulator is the source of the problem.

Your problem is you have got roms for the old version of the emus.


Try www.aceroms.com

They have full Mame/Raine sets, for the last versions of the emus.
However, Mame downloads are slow, Raine are OK.

Edgeemulation is weak.

Mame doesn't have a GUI. It works on the command line I think. And are you unzipping the roms? You're not supposed to do that. Edit: I think I've used old roms on both Mame and Raine. So, that night not be the problem.

It depends if the romsets have been changed.
They are very often changed because of redumps etc. so you should check your roms with clrmame or romcenter to see if they are OK.

Guys, guys, GUYS!
Your suggestions are very good, but you can't beat www.mame.dk

And you can't possibly ask for a complete set of all the roms because there are over 2,000 and some of them are pretty big. Especially the more recent ones like the Capcom fighting games.

And as suggested, your version of MAME may not be the most recent.

I have some experience with MAME and I tried to help by answering your question in the "Emulators" section with a bit more detail.

Cept most the roms were taken down in January
u can get like games from the 80's tho

OMG!!!
As I have just been informed, Mame.dk no longer has roms! I could just cry! I got almost all the roms I ever wanted and only went back there to see what kinds of updates there were....but sure enough, right there on the site:

"the end
The roms of [mame.dk] was removed. [mame.dk] has received a notice from a copyright holder forcing us to shut down the rom downloads."

I am so sorry about that.

Well, I've got the full MAME and Raine sets, so that's not so impossible.

There's a site called www.mameman.it, they've got a nice selection, however it 's in italian, the roms are down just now.

I never succeded in downloading from www.mamefans.net

But i still ahven't been able to get the few mame roms that i want...

From any site...they all are down ......
but i'm still looking.......
