I think the key is to go to bed at or before the same time that you went to bed when you got your sleep schedule somewhat back on track. I always fuck up my sleeping pattern after correcting it when I stay up a few hours later than what I should for a few nights. Midnight turns into 1 AM turns into 6 AM. And then you're back to the same old habits. It's hard to break though.
