Yes with a box, manual, and cartridge.
The game battle kid is very hard and impossible to beat if it was on the system. Good luck to anyone that can get far without save and reload.

Here is how I found out about it since it seems some people are physically making games for old systems and most of the games are sold out and not online.

Battle Kid: Fortress of Peril, a new homebrew title for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Developed by Sivak Games. Published on cartridge by Retrozone, 2010. Available for purchase now

It's not an official new game, like "Nintendo Approved" or anything like that. But I suppose technically it is a new game. I'll have to check it out one day.
