    New challenge for you guys! Much appreciated if someone helped me!
    Okay, the game was simple:
    - Windows 3.1/95 game;
    - could be played either against the AI or against a human player;
    - two characters - a dog and a postman. You could choose one of both;
    - the scenario is some house front yard, divided in square spaces;
    - postman must deliver the letter to the house (by reaching the frontdoor);
    - dog must... well, bite the postman;
    - players take turns rolling the dice to see how many spaces they will move. Kinda like a board. Yup, it's preety much a boardgame;
    - player win 1 point after each victory. Getting 10 points rewards you with a character's (yours) showoff. But the game didn't end after this (it never ends!);
    - the "board" had some holes on it, but I don't remember how they interfered in the game;
    - the game had a 16 bit version and a 32 bit one. They were separated executables.

    That's it! It was a preety simple game, but still fun! And the cheerful art style added up to that! I attached an image of it from a cd magazine (the cd is long gone - that's why i'm posting here). If you guys need a better quality image, please tell!
    Oh, and by the way, the magazine states that the name of the game is simply "Postman", with the subtitle "cachorro x carteiro" (dog x postman). But I couldn't find ANYTHING on google, so it must be wrong.

    There aren't many RTS or PS1, check here, it should be there.

    (open each game and go to images tab to see if it's the one)

    Additionally you can check mobygames too.

    i got a game i've been wondering about for quite a while now. don't remember much as i'm pretty sure i only rented it once years ago.

    dunno if it was PS1 or 2.
    think it was either a action or action rpg game
    main character used a single highly customizable gun with addons/mods to change it into a auot/semi-auto assault rifle, flame thrower, grenade launcher, and other stuff

    sadly thats all i remember which is why i've never been able to remember what it was called. (tempted to go down the list at gamefaqs and look through each and every ps1/2 game but that'd take a while)

    i know its not dino crisis or any resident evil game. i have no clue what the game was called

    - console unknown
    - somewhen in the 90´s, i would assume 93 - 98.
    - you played as a ninja/samurai, you had a sword and I believe you could trough stuff like knifes or shuriken
    - the first level was at night in a "regular" asian enviroment, later on the landscape changed. somewhere to a labor.
    - one of the bosses was a stone figur, which shooted laserbeams through the eyes

    Sounds a bit like Ninja Gaiden, although not really. Check bosses here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0ZGlf7cgHE
    NG2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=02n5OIFpCrw
    I'd say NG3 fits the bill least of all, what with the first level being like, high-tech or whatever (IIRC, been a while since I played these games).

    I'll assume you won't go "OBVIOUSLY NOT NINJA GAIDEN" since you didn't mention anything 'bout that.

    OBVIOUSLY NOT NINJA GAIDEN ^^

    the making is the same, but the graphis are way better then in ninja gaiden.

    flat 2d so you can just go left and right, hitting the buttons and stuff. so the genre is right and nothing like zelda or streetfighter.

    I played the game so long ago that i cant tell anymore about it.
    but I would say its a lot like hagane but take a guess: hagane has neither ninja nor samurai in its name :-(.

    Guys, guys, guys! This thread looks like the place that can help me out... Any help will be apreciated!
    i watched a game so damn cool when i was 8... long time ago, the description will be weird. so listen up:

    Description:
    I'm looking for an arcade Game (Yeah, those big, old machines, like those ones of Pac-Man and Galaga)...

    first of all, it showed a 2D building (like an Ice Climber: just up-down movement). It has stairs, doors, and elevators. 2-D.

    It was about a big-headed (orange?) guy in a black suite, with a gun. no big detail or stuff, it really was a caricature. and all the graphics were like that.

    the enemies were other big-headed orange guys, but with another colour of clothes, i don't remember... all of them can shoot you. you must walk through the levels of the building to kill everyone and collect weapons, money, you know.

    as i said, it looked like a cartoon. no reallistic violence or stuff.

    the big deal was about the prize that you got when you finished the whole level... it was a picture of a sexy woman, with the main character as a tiny guy somewhere in her body. not pornographic or stuff, ir really looked like those Ecchi pictures of now. but no great sexyness or suggestive themes. it really looked cartoonish. but that's the main thing i can remember of that damn game.

    any ideas? i want to play it again!

    Thanks to everyone!

    EDIT: looking for similar things i've found Space Panic (1980, Arcade).
    Space_panic_version_e.png
    yeah, that's really the main estructure of the game i'm looking for, but, remember, it was a building: doors, windows, elevators and stairs. And, important thing: it was much better in graphics. looked like a late 90's game.
    Thanks again.

    EDIT2: wow, this game looks just like the one i'm talking about:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elevator_Action

    but it isn't! that's almost exactly the gameplay, but the one i saw was way more elaborated and stuff. better graphics. and, of course, those sexy woman pictures .

    EDIT3: SOLVED. It was "Pipi & Bibis / Whoopee!!" Thanks again, manopelua (And great pun on your username, too)!
