Vista user monitors.

Hey guys, a friend is having a problem with Vista monitoring her every move. As stupid as it sounds, her brother is blocking things like AIM, Yahoo, and is blocking everything she ever uses.

Anyway to bypass it? Keep it from happening? Yes, the girl (at this point) has administrator access (he left it on) and I told her to put her user as an administrator.
