I can do it,but my upload speed is not that fast,it can be done in 3 days maybe for both of them.
Final Fantasy X PAL version (I know you want NTSC) is in the PS2 section, but it's about 40 Rapidshare links.
I'd just like to have NTSC so I can burn it and play on my PS2 if I ever get it chipped. But you're right, the emu will run either.
If you get your PS2 chipped, you don't have to worry about region restrictions. I got mine chipped and it runs NTSC games perfectly (Aus. uses PAL)
EDIT: Wait... Isn't the PAL version of FF X the slightly modified one (Expert + Original SG, etc), or is that just the Aus. version?

The PAL versions have extra stuff in. I believe they rereleased them in NTSC countries, to include the stuff we cool PAL-ers got, but whether those downloads are going to be the expanded editions I don't know.
And er, I thought PCSX2 was pissy about regions anyway? Looking at the Compat. list, there's some there that're playable in one region but not the others.
I have FF XII if you still need it, but in PAL
Generally the games get released in this order: Japan > US > PAL > Japan
They only get rereleases in Japan. They're the Final Fantasy International versions, so the primary fans get any of the little additions the US and PAL versions may have got. The PAL versions are the most complete English version and have the most extras (if there are any) seeing as they're the final release. The only extra that ever worked it's way back to the US was FFX Eternal Calm, which showed up on a OPM disc.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
