Suggest some good comedies

I'm looking for something new to watch(television shows), and I prefer comedies, though the type doesn't really matter - sitcom, sketch, etc. I think I've seen all of the well known american comedy shows(anything on a major network, or comedy central). I'm open to pretty much anything, I enjoy foreign television, as long as it can appeal to an english speaker's sense of humor(I've enjoyed plenty of anime comedies but some of them especially ones based on puns/gags just don't work in another language). I'd prefer things that are more recent, and easy to find online. Thanks for your help!

if you haven't seen it yet,try "the big bang theory",it's a comedy about some nerds that have a hot neighbour,one of them falls in love with the girl that is a "popular girl" and the complete opposite of nerds/geeks,and they get involved in funny situations. the dialogue between the nerds is so geeky and the way they face every day situations is so twisted (and always "scientific",like talking about hypotesis,paradoxes,experiments,etc),that at least for me,it's hilarious.
too bad there are only 8 episodes because of the stupid script writers strike,but they are already planning on completing the first season and making a second one. I hope they do soon,I liked it a lot.

Boondocks is hilarious.

Uh, Scrubs, Unhitched, South Park, Family Guy, Boondocks is so funny it's worth recommending again. Dr. Drews Celebrity Rehad, that show is hilarious to me.

Yeah, I've seen a lot of the stuff suggested, except for unhitched, dr. drew(I'm not into reality tv), the IT crowd and big bang theory. I'll try and download a few episodes.
