sometimes, you can try finding it under software, cause people might zip it into a self-extracting archive.

I don't why people are that bothered about the menus, after all you can almost see what they say from the outline, and the game announces what game type you've chosen, so if you choose one of the options a voice will go "Ladder Match" or "Royal Rumble" or something, depending on which option you've chosen. Anyway, if you think its bad in No Mercy, you should try it on WrestleMania 2000.
