Default Please help. Burning/playing PSX isos, etc, hi!

Ok so I decided to download the Crash Bandicoot pack from this site. I extracted all seven files with WinRar. It gave me a .bin file and a .cue file. I'm not really all that sure what I should do next.

Get an emulator such as ePSXe or pSX, and play.

    Woah, hold the phone.

I forgot to mention, I wasn't planning on using an emulator. I was planning on burning it to a disk and playing it on a console.

Yeah, I got SwapMagic. I think it has to do with the files. What do I have to do to them?

Swap Magic only loads PS2 backups. You need Breaker Pro to load PSX backups.

Isn't there a way where you can use any PSX game and you can go to the browser and swap it that way?

    I guess so.

Well to burn the disc image I recommend using imgburn (free: www.imgburn.com). Load up the .cue or .ccd with ImgBurn and write to a CD-R @ 4 or 8X.

Just the .cue? What about the .bin?

The cue tells the software how to burn the files contained inside the bin.

    Ok, I'll try that.

But in the meantime, what about the CD disk that comes with SwapMagic (it comes with two disks: a DVD disk and a CD disk)? You can't use that?

    Oh, I didn't know CD-based PS2 games existed.

One more thing. Since I'm buring a compilation pack with three games, how would I choose which one to play?

Yeah the earlier PS2 games are CD-ROM, Ridge Racer V, Tekken Tag Tournament, etc.
There will be a custom made menu with a selector screen I guess.

Thanks, Inferno. I can't try it right now, but in about a half an hour, I will post my results. So it may work for me, or it may not.

    Thanks again.
