Doesn't sound like a bad idea. I'll try it.

Do you have any idea what super glue might do to the guitar's finish? I'm thinking that's also a solution, but too much chemicals in the thing I'm assuming..

    Hmm.

    Do vocalists count as musicians?

    Of course

I really need to work on my vocals, I've gotten lazy.

Likewise. I'm way out of practice.

It's funny, I got a change in my voice very late, but when I was with my band I remember being able to sing Placebo songs and I think I was alright. After a while my voice started to change (a late bloomer ) and I stopped singing until I played Rock Band.

I wouldn't mind working on my vocals again, I don't think I'm THAT terrible.

What kind of style do you sing?

    Also, general question to guitarists:
How many of you know theory? I know some pretty basic stuff (pre-basic actually), and I'd like to learn, but I need to know which way to go (internet, or tutor) and how beneficial it is.

I don't, I'm self taught but I'd like to learn as well, those Scale of C things sound pretty complicated.

Ditto with this. I've been too lazy to learn theory, so any basics would be nice

    Worse, my guitar.
As I was walking down the stair,

    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.

    "Singing" would be stretching it.

I'm halfway competent at death metal and grindcore vocals and trying in vain to get the black metal rasp down.

Clean vocals aren't exactly a strong area of mine.

I see. I had a singing phase once that lasted quite a bit. Worse than glass paper that was. I'd still love to sing (clean mostly) but I don't have the time to undertake formal training.

Can't say for sure but personally I wouldn't risk it. Even the rubber on a guitar stand can eat into certain finishes so I dread to think what superglue could do.

Oh my, it's pretty. How much did it cost?

Also, it is a fact that I will never be a decent musician, why? Because my parents actually like the idea of me playing guitar and even my dad told me that he would help me with the half of the cash of a electric guitar. >__> I thought that becoming a musician involved your parents hating the idea of noise and music.
