Need to open or forward ports?

Thanks will, do I need to go to forwarding under router settings and enter those somewhere? I'm not really sure how to do this.

After playing around with it more, it's finally working. Just needed time to start up I guess. Honestly, I have no idea how I get either thing to work, but the important part is, it does. XD
